Event medical services across Colorado

Local EMTs, paramedics, and athletic trainers — Denver, Boulder, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, Vail, Eagle, Grand Junction, and beyond.

Colorado-based since 2011

We started in Colorado and we've stayed in Colorado. Race directors, festival producers, jobsite managers, and HR teams hire us because the people on your event have actually worked the venues and the trail systems where your event happens.

Our roster of EMTs, paramedics, and athletic trainers serves events of every shape — from a few hundred runners on a Saturday morning to multi-day festivals with tens of thousands of attendees. We bring the right providers, transportation, and documentation systems whether the event is in downtown Denver, a Vail ski village, or a remote jobsite on the Western Slope.

Colorado events come with their own variables — altitude, weather changes, and the access needs of remote events. Our staffing and practices reflect that.

Cities and regions we cover

We deploy crews across the Front Range, Western Slope, and mountain communities. Outside this list? We routinely handle anywhere in Colorado — call and we'll tell you straight whether we're the right fit.

  • Denver

Festivals, races, and corporate events across the metro and Front Range.

  • Boulder

University events, trail races into the foothills, and community festivals. Familiar with Boulder County permitting timelines.

  • Colorado Springs

Pikes Peak region events, military-base medical staffing, and high-altitude races.

  • Fort Collins

CSU events, brewery festivals, gravel races, and Larimer County mountain events. Coverage extends to Loveland and Estes Park.

  • Vail

Ski-season events, summer mountain festivals, and corporate retreats. Crews acclimatized to altitude.

  • Eagle

Eagle County races, mountain bike events, and rural-route coverage between the I-70 corridor and the Roaring Fork valley.

  • Grand Junction

Western Slope races, Mesa County festivals, and remote-jobsite coverage extending into Delta, Montrose, and the canyon country.

What makes Colorado events different

Altitude changes patient presentation

Above 5,000 feet, patients fatigue faster and can decompensate faster than at sea level. Our protocols and our knowhow at high-altitude events reflect that — particularly for the mountain communities of Vail, Eagle County, to Grand Junction's desert events.

Mountain weather changes plans

Lightning, sudden temperature drops, and afternoon thunderstorms are routine at Colorado events. We pre-build go/no-go criteria with event leadership and bring the gear to keep providers and patients sheltered when conditions shift.

Determining Access Points

Mountain and Western Slope events sit further from a hospital than urban events do. For large races we plan ambulance access points so patients can access the 911 system or dedicated transport as fast as possible.

Permitting and AHJ familiarity

Special-event permits in Colorado Front Range jurisdictions each have different paperwork and different expectations. We've submitted plans across dozens of counties and bring that experience to your event permitting.
